Believing in Yourself: The Power of Mindfulness and Positive Thinking

"Being" is being aware of the now

We can not be aware of being anything before we become aware of being… Being is being aware of the now…

Our beliefs are created by the habitual inner dialogues we indulge in daily. This will manifest behaviours and emotions so if we speak highly of ourselves in our inner world, we will speak highly of ourselves in our outer world.

But here's the thing: life is beautiful! In fact, it can be amazing if you choose to believe in yourself. So today I want to talk about how you can use mindfulness to find happiness in this moment, no matter what's happened before or what might happen in the future.

You have every right to believe what you believe.

You have the right to believe what you believe, but your belief is not a fact. A belief is simply an idea or opinion that we hold true in our minds. It's important to remember that beliefs are personal choices, not facts--and the fact that someone else may disagree with your beliefs does not make them wrong.

It's also important to consider whether or not your beliefs have changed since they were first formed (or if they ever will). When we hold onto ideas for too long without questioning them, we start believing that our opinions are set in stone and cannot be changed by new information or experiences. But this isn't true! If a person whose opinion matters to us says something that challenges one of our deeply held convictions, then perhaps it would be helpful for us both if we could talk about why this particular issue matters so much to each party involved: What do each person hope will happen as a result? How might changing one's mind affect their relationships with others?

You have the power to think new thoughts.

You have the power to think new thoughts. You are what you believe, and your beliefs are not real. This can be difficult for some people to grasp, because it's so simple and obvious at the same time. But if we look at it from another angle, we'll see that it makes perfect sense:

Your thoughts create your reality; therefore, if one day I wake up with a belief about myself (I am ugly) or about someone else (he/she is ugly), then this belief will automatically become true in my life because I made that choice when I chose my thoughts!

So how do we change our beliefs? By changing our focus away from all of these negative self-limiting concepts such as "I'm not good enough" or "I'm never going to succeed." Instead try thinking about what makes YOU happy instead - maybe this means taking time out each day for yourself so that nothing gets in between what makes YOU happy and achieving those goals; maybe this means surrounding yourself with supportive people who are on board with helping YOU achieve YOUR dreams!

You attract what you are.

You attract what you are. This is a very important concept to understand, because it puts the power of your life into your own hands. If you want to change your life, it's only logical that you must change yourself first--and that starts with changing your beliefs and thoughts about reality.

The reason why so many people struggle with their lives (and don't get the results they want) is because they're still holding onto old beliefs from childhood or even earlier in life, such as: "I'm not good enough", "Life sucks", or "I'll never get what I want". These beliefs are deeply ingrained inside us and affect all areas of our lives including our relationships, career choices and health issues. But once we become aware of them and let go of those negative thoughts/feelings/beliefs - then everything changes!

Choose to believe in yourself and succeed. Believing in yourself is one of the most powerful things you can do. If you want to succeed, believe that you can. If you want something badly enough and truly believe it's possible for yourself, then nothing will stop your success from happening. The universe wants us all to live fulfilled lives with no regrets or missed opportunities; therefore, if we align ourselves with this intention and take actions based upon that alignment (i.e., believing in ourselves), then everything else falls into place naturally!

So why not just believe in yourself?

“No matter what your circumstances are, you can always choose to believe in yourself and succeed."
